Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Adore Lash Studios processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: $10. 3-5 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Canada Shipping: $15. Can take 15 or more days to arrive

International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
  • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees, please get in touch with your local postal or customs office for more information.
  • If customs charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
  • Customers have up to 90 days from the date purchased made the order to claim their package as lost to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
 
Track Your Order

Adore Lash Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be refunded for that item.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our product is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, you may contact Adore Lash Studio within seven days to resolve your issue. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at in**@ad**************.com.

Course deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, your course date may be changed one (1) time to a sooner or later date, provided there is an opening on the new desired course date.
